My 0.02 move the halt to the hour before the adjust. Just like they do for the lottery. Let the market forces work there really no point
having a halt at 6PM Saturday for all of 15 hours the only people that get hurt are those that have a life and miss Saturday.
Set the halt for 9AM Sunday morning if you haven't checked your port by then oh well you were never going to. You moved the halt 32 hours what is another 15. It's kind of asinine to suggest that the first change has no real effect but that then next 15 hours will.
Just an hours halt and the rest of the game can run itself. No fuss no muss no pain.
