rules for penny traders are messed up.

I buy something for 0.01.  You charge me 0.02 or more maybe sometimes 0.01.  let's say for arguments sake 0.02.  okay.  Now, this shoots up to lets make it interesting 0.20 for sale for profit.  To sell you will charge me 0.02 or percentage.  I can live with that, but you can't turn around drive the price down to 0.01 on this sale and turn around a charge me 0.02.  ??????  Huh?
