Not sure if I missed the response but did anyone answer how HSX is going to charge 1 percent of stocks delisting at less than $1.00?
There's no point trading them to get rid of them because that's going to be charging us 2 cents commission per share, which is 2%... if a stock is delisting at .01, are we going to be charged .02 per stock delisting? Maybe stocks under a certain price (say 10 cents) should delist sans commission
