I think the whole concept of "Concept" phases is stupid... either the movie is being developed or it's not a movie and should be removed.
There are so many .01 concept stocks at this point and it costs more to get rid of them than it does to hold them short... or long in case they ever get made. I agree that there needs to be a serious cleaning of stocks under 25 cents that have no business on the exchange.
