then $2 with no chance of a wide release should be cashed out. 12 weeks or not they aren't worth playing.
The pennies with the new rules just aren't worth playing except at reset where there is a chance they will breakout and move a dollar or more.
I was looking at a stock that delists next week .
It was priced at 10 cents. Current BO was $150K.
So just for the heck of it I thought I would take advantage of an ARB situation.
So I flipped it long.
Cost me 2 cents to sell and 5 cents to buy putting it at 15 cents which is about where it will delist.
But wait it gets worse, it also costs 2 cents a share to buy and 2 cents to cover
So to make a profit on a limited release stock priced at 10 cents delisting next week you need it to delist above 19cents.
Does this make sense to anybody but HSX???
NOW FOR THE KICKER
They are going to charge you commission on top of this to delist the stock.
I don't know if are also going to add in the 2 cent trading penalty or not but if they do you now need as 10 cent stock delisting in its 12 week at 15 cents having to delist at above 21 cents. Which isn't going to happen.
Again does this make sense to anybody but HSX TPTB????
So delist the damn things already and quit cluttering up my exchange with crap that isn't worth the electrons needed to hold it in my port.
