also (minor thing) why is the subject box called 'Quick Reply' even when posting a new thread?

I realize I'm posting a reply right now, but when I posted the initial post, the subject box was also titled quick reply.  This doesn't break the functionality, but is slightly odd.

Field ordering issue? After I type a subject in the Subject box, I hit tab to go the message body, but.... ty97 Jun 27, 06:22
