Description

The comedy Grassroots is based on the true story of how the city of Seattle and its residents fought over the monorail in 2001. Jason Biggs, Joel David Moore, Lauren Ambrose, Cedric The Entertainer, Cobie Smulders, Tom Arnold, and DC Pierson lead the ensemble cast. Stephen Gyllenhaal directed and co-adapted with Justin Rhodes from the book "Zioncheck for President" by Phil Campbell.
