Description

A narcotics cop who goes after a notorious crime figure known as El Diablo in Tijuana after the cop's wife was murdered. The film will star Vin Diesel and was written by Paul Scheuring and Christian Gudegast. Tucker Tooley, Vince Newman, and Joey Nittolo are producing the action/adventure film distributed by New Line Cinema.
