Beyond Skyline is a spin-off to 2010's Skyline, which depicted an extra-terrestrial invasion of Los Angeles. Frank Grillo, Iko Uwais and Yayan Ruhian star in the film which takes place in Southeast Asia. The screenwriter of the first film, Liam O'Donnell will make his directorial debut.
