Berkshire, England, native Tracey Ullman is noted for her uncanny chameleon-like ability to mimick any accent and play any cultural type. This extraordinary comedic talent actually got her start as a dancer with a German ballet company at the age of 12. She gravitated toward musical comedies thereafter, performing in London West End productions. Ullman then made a name for herself on BBC with her own comedy and variety series, Three of a Kind. She became widely known to U.S. audiences with her self-titled weekly comedy variety series on Fox, which began its run in 1987. Ullman broke into feature films with starring roles in 1990's I Love You to Death and 1994's I'll Do Anything. She has since become a favorite actress of Woody Allen's and stars in her own HBO series.
