STX has unveiled the full-length trailer for the horror film The Boy [THBOY]. Lauren Cohan stars as an American woman who becomes the nanny to an English family’s life-sized doll of an 8 year-old boy whose parents mourned the passing 20 years ago. When she violates a list of strict rules in caring for the boy, the doll inexplicable comes alive. The Boy opens in theaters on January 22nd.
