Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning [MISS8] stayed in second place with $27.3 million, down 57% from its debut. The eighth installment has banked $122.62 million.
Karate Kid: Legends [KKID2] underperformed expectations with an estimated $21.0 million, compared to 2010’s The Karate Kid which debuted at $55.67 million. A 59% male audience graded the sequel A- on CinemaScore.
Final Destination Bloodlines [FDES6] grossed another $10.80 million, advancing its total to $111.71 million after 3 weekends.
Bring Her Back [BRNHB] opened with $7.08 million, which is less than the Philippou brothers’s previous film Talk to Me with $10.4 million. The horror film scored a B+ CinemaScore. Men over 25 made up the biggest quadrant at 42%.
Thunderbolts* [TBOLT.BW] earned $4.8 million in its fifth weekend to bring its total to $181.86 million.
Friendship [FNSHP] declined 51% from its wide expansion to $2.57 million. The comedy stands at $12.37 million.
The Last Rodeo [TLROD] tumbled 60% from its debut to $2.15 million. The drama sits at $10.75 million.
