Netflix dropped a surprise first look at the action comedy The Adventures of Cliff Booth [TAOCB] with a commercial spot during the Super Bowl. Brad Pitt reprises his role from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood in the spinoff sequel co-starring Elizabeth Debicki.  David Fincher directed from a script by Quentin Tarantino. Netflix has not announced if The Adventures of Cliff Booth will receive a theatrical release ahead of its streaming debut.

Universal has unveiled the official trailer for the animated sequel Minions & Monsters [MNIO3], the third spinoff of the Despicable Me franchise.  Directed by ​Pierre Coffin, Minions & Monsters hits theaters on July 1st.

This is the rambunctious, ridiculous and totally true story of how the Minions conquered Hollywood, became movie stars, lost everything, unleashed monsters onto the world and then banded together to try and save the planet from the mayhem they had just created.

Amazon MGM has released the final trailer for the sci-fi  Project Hail Mary [PRJHM] based on the Andy Weir novel.  Ryan Gosling [RGOSL] stars as a science teacher who is sent on a mission to outer space light years away from earth.   He must solve the mystery of a substance that is causing the sun to die out.  Along the way he meets and befriends an alien lifeform. Super Bowl weekend brought a handful of new competitors, but none could knock off the reigning box office champion Send Help [SENDH] with an estimated $10.0 million.  The thriller declined 48% from last weekend to bring its collections to $35.84 million.

Solo Mio [SOLOM] debuted in second place with $7.20 million. Kevin James’ comeback skewed older women at 62% female and 60% over the age of 45.

Jio Studios has unleashed the teaser trailer for the Bollywood actioner Dhurandhar: The Revenge [DHUR2], the sequel to the blockbuster Dhurandhar that just opened in December.    Ranveer Singh reprises his role as an Indian spy who carried out secret operations against terrorists in Pakistan.  Written and directed once again by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar: The Revenge hits theaters on March 19th.

Lionsgate has released the second trailer for the faith-based sequel I Can Only Imagine 2 [ICOI2] featuring the song "It Is Well with My Soul”.  Based on the heartfelt true story behind the hit single “Even If”,  I Can Only Imagine 2 opens in theaters on February 20th.

IFC has uploaded the official teaser for the horror remake Faces of Death [FACOD], which is a censored version of the previous leak.  The 1978 original became a cult hit that was banned in many countries for its violent content and real dead bodies.  Barbie Ferreira and Dacre Montgomery star in the update produced by Legendary Pictures.  which completed production in 2023 and was originally to be distributed by Sony.  Faces of Death will finally open wide in theaters on April 10th.

Roadside Attractions has released the official trailer for the drama Tow [TOW] based on a true story. Rose Byrne [RBYRN] stars as the real-life Amanda Ogle, who lives in her Toyota Camry on the streets of Seattle. When her car is stolen and impounded, she fights a legal battle against the towing company and a system that take advantage of the less fortunate.   Tow opens in theaters on March 20th.
