Paramount has unleashed the official trailer for the drama Babylon [BBYLN] set in 1920s Los Angeles. Brad Pitt [BPITT], Margot Robbie [MROBB], Tobey Maguire [TMAGU] and Diego Calva star in an epic story about the rise and fall of multiple players during an early era of Hollywood fueled by sex and drug decadence as the film industry transitioned from silent films to talking pictures. Written and directed by Damien Chazelle [DCHAZ], Babylon opens wide in theaters on December 23rd.

Kevin Sorbo directs the sequel to the 2014 Left Behind reboot and takes over the starring role played by Nicolas Cage. A charismatic leader rises to become head of the U.N. after millions of people vanished and the world fell into chaos. Left Behind: Rise of the Antichrist will play in theaters from January 26th through 29th.
Netflix has unveiled the full-length trailer for the satire White Noise [WHNOS] based on the book by Don DeLillo. Adam Driver stars as a college professor of Hilter studies while Greta Gerwig plays his fourth wife. 20th Century has dropped a new trailer for the scifi sequel Avatar: The Way of the Water [AVAT2]. Director James Cameron revisits the world of Pandora more than 10 years after the original Avatar took the world by storm. Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana reprise their roles as Jake and Neytiri. Avatar: The Way of the Water opens in theaters on December 16th.

The Menu [TMENU] debuted in second place with $9.0 million from 3211 theaters. Moviegoers gave the drama only a B CinemaScore.
Black Adam finished third with $4.48 million for a total of $156.97 million after five weekends.
