First trailer for Life of Crime

Roadside Attractions has released the trailer for the crime drama Life of Crime [TSWTC] based on the Elmore Leonard novel "The Switch".  Jennifer Aniston [JANIS] stars as a woman with a wealthy husband who's been kidnapped for ransom by a pair of criminals named Ordell Robbie and Louis Gara, played by Yasiin Bey [MDEF] and John Hawkes [JHAWK] respectively.  Those names may sound familiar, because they are the same sharacters played by Samuel L. Jackson and Rober De Niro in Jackie Brown, which Quentin Tarantino adapted from the Elmore Leonard novel "Rum Punch".  Tim Robbins [TROBB] plays the husband who doesn't actually want his wife back, reminiscent of the 1986 film Ruthless People.  Life of Crime opens in limited release on August 29th.
