First trailer for Captive

Paramount has unveiled the trailer for the based on real events drama Captive [CPTIV] on Apple.  David Oyelowo [DOYEL] stars as Brian Nichols, a rape suspect who escapes from custody killing several in the process.  Eluding a manhunt, he takes Ashley Smith, played by Kate Mara [KMARA], hostage in her apartment.  During the captivity, she used Rick Warren's inspirational book "The Purpose Driven Life" for guidance not just for herself, but to convince Brian to turn himself in. Captive opens in theaters on September 18th.
