before the movie comes out, it's trader-driven...

After the movie's opening weekend, there's an price adjustment made by HSX based on how the movie did. Then there's another adjustment when the movie is delisted after it's 4th weekend. Or 12th weekend for limiteds (i.e. small movies). Hope that helps. More info in the "Help" links at the bottom of every HSX page.
