um, you buy neither
each already moved up and the likelihood of either moving up 3% more by the end of the day isn't good since neither is moving up on news.
Also on your math.....commission on 2mill worth of SINC2 = commission on 2mill worth of HNOV3 since you can't buy full positions on either.
If you're gonna day trade, buy when they're on the way up and short on the way down and if you don't know when that is take a couple of days to figure it out and just trade on news.
