That's an excellent question! You are obviously a savvy trader.
I have allocated/invested 0.3% of my portfolio into this strategy, so it's all throw away cash if required. Heck, I almost spent that on commission today ;)
But, in answer to your question: I think I have been doing this for approx 3 months; it might be 4. I recognize that this amounts to a very low dROI, but what I believe I am doing is building potential. The thought is that if a movie gets greenlit or any actor/director attached, the stock will skyrocket because of the news. If each stock makes only 1$, it's a profit of 31.3 million. Not all stocks will make it, and those that do will make more than 1$. So, once a couple of the stocks "hit", I was out of the red. That took about 30 days. The remainder is now (and has been) pure, potential, eventual profit.
