time between trades

Good afternoon

When I try to trade using the trade button on the stock listed I post number of shares and then click buy or sell. It then just sits there- one day I left it and after 10 mins it was still just sitting there. Then I finally started using the link under my portfolio and it does work, But then it takes 30 secs or so to finish everything and then go back to what I want to do next. 

The server takes about 30 secs to a minute to open up when I log on. The server to my computer is slow.

I have a fresh install of XP all the current SP's and flash, java script etc.

When I go to do a trade last week the server was remembering my stocks and tade units ie 25000 49999 what ever; this week are problems

Another thing I ve notice is there are nmo more free trades on Saturdays. Where one time I could finish all of my trades etc in 5 minutes it now takes me 15.

Is there a problem with the server?? I I know its not my computer- other things work well and my IP is not an issue
