OK sounds good right?
but some manager will ask if they can short a share of their own stock...
ok so lets update the page: "Managers are allowed to hold long one share of their own fund. Managers are not allowed to short their own fund."
OK a little wordy, but sounds good...
but now a manager is asking if they can invest in other funds....
update it again then: "Managers are allowed to hold long one share of their own fund. Managers are not allowed to short their own fund, or make any investment in other funds."
There, that should do it right?
but a player now is asking why a fund is investing in a films call.
lets update: "Managers are allowed to hold long one share of their own fund. Managers are not allowed to short their own fund, or make any investment in other funds. Managers may invest in the OW, call and put of their funds alllowed films"
but what about starbonds?

so....now we have a 1000 word section of impenetrable legalese
but it should take care of it, right?
well, no...a manager can choose to break the rule, or not make themself aware of the rule, and thus buy more than 1 share, or short their own fund, or invest in other funds, or buy starbonds, or... because there is no mechanism to prevent such trades.
so along comes some trader wondering why Fund X is investing in other funds...and, not happy that the rule isnt being followed, requests that a software upgrade be made to the hsx system so that illegal trades are blocked before they can be processed.
so now hsx invests in a programmer to add said functionality.
but now others cant make legal trades in their personal ports
so now programmer is brought back, who determines that the main source code cant handle such a function, and recommends a whole new hsx designed from scratch.
so now over several months of beta testing, players are becoming frustrated with slow loads and leaving the site
so now hsx shuts down...
problem solved, right?
