People "graduate" from each level at the top of the league's H$ value. They are removed by the admin, but can join the next level any time and continue on. It says you have been removed from the league, but it's not to kick you out of the PVL league set (ie, no malice). It is simply that the competition is based on Portfolio size. So, once you are too big for a particular level, you "graduate" (are removed) from the level you are on... I hope that clears any confusion. |
