You are asking two questions:
1) are pennystock profitable/worth the investment?
2) do concept stocks ever get made into movies?
Different players will give you different answers.
From time to time a pennystock or two will reemerge with some new news and the stock will start to get actively traded again by the players. There is no standard or timeline, it just happens randomly.
Concept is the last phase of a moviestocks life.
Developement = somebody is working on this
Production = they are making this right now
Wrap = it has been made
Release = it is currently in theaters
Concept = these moviestocks were in development at one time but nobody is currently working on them (due to rights issues; budgets; talent dropping out; rival projects; script problems; legal issues; etc....)
Usually concept stocks hang around HSX until they get in the pennystock range and randomly from time to time HSX cashes out projects that are not currently being worked on and/or have not had any news in a very long time.
