I have 500 shares in a short term movie stock, and I'm trying to sell it, but everytime I try it says I do not own any of this stock????

If you have 500 shares short, you need to "cover" to get rid of them lapuckfan Dec 16, 18:11

Buy<--->Sell ....=....Short<-->Cover RazorHawk Dec 17, 10:18
