It only comes into play the next time star bond adjusts - example inside
Star A adjusts for Movie 1 (Current BO 50) with a TAG of 100
1 weeks later Star A adjusts for Movie 2 (Current BO 25) - dropping Movie 3 (Current BO 100)
Usually that would see the TAG decrease by 15 (100/5 - 25/5). But, by some incredible word of mouth and staying power, Movie 1 has made another 100 BO in those 2 weeks, so the TAG actually increases by 5 and Star A adjusts to 105.
So, while the TAG is kept up to date every week, it only affects the price when the star bond adjusts.
