Welcome to the forums. First of all, you shoudn't tag the stock by putting [ ] around the ticker symbol. Posts that have tags without news
gets deleted, and that would mean that no one would be able to help with your problem.
Unfortunately, I'm not going to be much help because you did the right thing by covering, and the only thing I can think of is that you pressed "short max" by accident when you thought you were covering. So, cover again and see if that works?
