If you seriously believe people dislike Roto based on his playing skill, you have not been paying attention. We ADMIRE his skill, and detest
HIS attitude and HIS constant disdain of others (and his blatantly false attempts at being nice to those who are not onto him - not how he uses the exact same verbiage every time when praising someone else's accomplishments, just like a bulk-pack of generic greeting cards).
He continually skirts around the edges of social decorum and forum rules with the intent of generating controversy and responses (essentially, "LOOK AT ME!!!" posts).
Roto COULD have been the HSX equivalent of Michael Jordan if he stuck to it long enough, but instead he's going to be some technically successful (in terms of port-size) jagoff that no one wants to talk to at the Hall of Fame afterparty. Roto has reaped precisely what he has sown, and the fact that he keeps suckering players by somehow garnering their sympathies is on them. It takes VERY little digging to unearth Roto's true colors on this forum.
