A large fraction of the Limited Releases on HSX already report tiny BO or no BO at all.
At least so far there is no indication that I'm aware of that Netflix's participation in theatrical releases is going to change that. Likewise there are always some movies that end up being Straight To Video.
The only real "issue" in my opinion seems to be the experiments with Day-n-Date releases, but there aren't many of those (relatively speaking) so far and they are still experiments. No one really knows how that's going to turn out, so it would be premature for HSX to plan changes based on them.
