Just kidding, but I know what you're saying about cash. I have much of the same things you do, and I agree that it's hard to NOT want to have items that require a lot of time management - which I think star bonds 'do...'
I think it's a problem that most of the bigger ports have - obviously if you are invested in most of the bigger movies in production, then there's many more places to go...
I also have a lot tied up in Star bonds, but I watch what is adjusting soon, and set Limit Orders to sell them off, or Cover what's adjust (a lot) soon... I try to watch which ones are adjusting up or down a lot and sell them off or cover.
Those are about the only things I can tell you without helping you a ton to stay ahead of me...but seriously, I think you have most of the things covered, I think once a port gets "so" big, there's not many places we can put cash that's just sitting around.
