Yes - the maximum price for a Starbond is $250 (but that requires all the movies in the TAG to have earned $250 in box office). GLUCA is an
example of the Starbond that earned a $250 TAG, before he cashed out a few months ago.
Starbonds do not earn interest - they are not like bonds in the real world.
You can see the box office gross of any movie on the relevant moviestock page - the gross reported on the page is the same as te number reported to ERC.
