4 Starbonds have not had an adjustable release since the Aughts : EIDLE, bSILB, JMOST, MRYAAN with HDUFF, JBEBZ, and JPATR falling in behind them (JPATR last release was over 6 years ago)
in the most recent PURGE, a couplle of directors went and RGRIN was an exception from Jan 2016, so it was only a month shy of that 3year ./
Among the 2016 exceptions are MRYAN (9/6), HDUFF (9/30) JBENZ (11/18) FMEIR director, GMUCC DIrector, ATISD 8/5, RHARL dirctor CRICC 5/6 SKANG 9/23
RIght now, the Starbonds that are on the list longest with no exceptions, non-directors, are TSING, MANGA, DSCOT, JJEUN, JSege BMARL jRMEY, NMEYE and IREIT. all of which have last releases over 3 years ago.

The ticker symbol remains attached to the actor and is not reused. It is rare but some SBs do get reactivated. {nm} Dec 12, 13:02
