I haven't found that HSX compensates a port for this type of situation...
...sometimes they will fix an error if they made a mistake in your port and restore or fix a bad trade, etc....otherwise, you can "ask" on the Feedback board, but I think it's doubtful.
How do they know what the price was in your port when the site was down?
How much do they give credit you? All the gain (or loss)?
I'm thinking there are too many variables, too many ports...but you can ask and see.
