That's an interesting question. I would characterize any delist as a "trade" since it shows up in the trading history.

Delist CashOut Transactions are not Trade Transactions (BUY / SELL / SHORT / COVER) & are not included in the Volume Traded Statistics. THE_ROTO Jan 02, 23:38
