Summer time is a good time to run up the value of your port...
as many summer movies have good legs since many people have more time (no school, etc.) to go to the movies. Studios tend to release many 'bigger' movies during the summer as well, so it's also a time to take advantage of these movies too. Adjusts sometimes are bigger, many movies have bigger legs, more 'popular' movies are being released, etc...
So if you can average $400K a day with a port your size, that's doing very well... if you can keep it up through the summer season, you should have a good run at $100M before the end of the year!
