Opportunity cost is more important than transaction cost you need to put your money where you get the highest return
If you can't find a place to put your money you can leave it. But you can increase your returns fastest by always putting your money into things that will make the highest return. Like the next opener if you know how to call it. Do you have enough free cash to buy all the derivatives when issued etc. If not you should move it to something giving you a return.
