Ah, $103M opening weekend and $227M domestic and $627M total worldwide.
I'm suprised it took them this long to announce a sequel. About the stock price, buy 1 share and watch it or setup a limit order for the price you want to pay for it. If the stock hits the price you are looking for within the Limit Order period, then the order is executed. Most stocks, rise and fall several times before they are released.
Also, just because it's announced, that doesn't mean it's going to get made. Remember TOYS3 IPO'd 5 years ago.
