3MSKT looks like a dud to me. I don't see PNAC3 losing much of its audience after a decent sequel.
Given that the last one broke 40M, and seeing how well the Saw movies held in terms of opening weekends for the first few installments, I expect it to easily stay above 30M. I personally think 3MSKT looks crappy and uninspired, with an absolutely useless 3D addition, but some audiences might be attracted by the mere name and go because they recognize it. My heart says it'll be on the wrong side of 20M, but it could fare a little better than that.
Please take my opinions with a grain of salt, everyone - they are just that, opinions. And I don't exactly have the track record on which to base your stock positions. :)
