Moviehole: Paramount has a new script for Moscow [REDRB] but doesn't want to do it at that budget; AJOLI passed on latest [SALT2] script.

Apparently, everyone loves the latest draft of the Jack Ryan script, but the budget for the script is too high. According to Moviehole's source, if they can edit the draft to reduce the budget to Paramount's liking, they'll move on to it after CPINE finishes shooting TREK2.

AJOLI didn't sign off on the latest script for SALT2, so Columbia has asked Kurt Wimmer to go back to teh drawing board.
