Then how can I relay the same information....
without the interpretation of "trying to influence the stock's price movement."
In this example, an executive at the movie studio specifically told me something. I'd like to communicate that. What people do with that information is their business.
And may I point out, it's nearly impossible to submit anything without trying to influence the price of the stock in some direction or another.
