Zod is a warrior from birth who can't beat up a scientist in hand-to-hand combat
Jor-El is a scientist from birth (yet still manages to kick Zod's ass?! And is STUPID enough to turn his back on him without killing him first!)
Superman has ZERO fighting skills, and beats all the other Krytonian warriors in the movie. Yes, he had the acclimation and some additional powers the others didn't, but seriously tell me that a professional boxer or MMA fighter could not take out an equally strong but 100% untrained opponent in moments. Why didn't the Kryptonians simply break Superman's neck? They were going to klll him anyway.
