After only 16 days, I am retiring from the YTD race. It is possible to win this competition - see inside for lessons learned:

in 16 days, I have averaged a 2.0143 Mil/day average. The next competitor has averaged 1.9375 Mil/day. At reset, I was over 3 mil ahead of the next competitor. Could I continue and win? I feel I know completely how to win against this trading juggernaught. I just don't think anyone could be as focused on the game and have any kind of life.

I have had to reset trade, day trade, news trade, ride the wave up and ride the wave down, and in general, pay extremely close attention to every minute of the game waiting for the next change. I have the game open all day at work, and spend my entire days off looking for new investment oportunities. You will notice that my trading values for number of trades for the week is huge. Because of both up and down trading requirements, it is doubled daily from what other players might usually have.

Anyway, this is NUTS!!! I love the game, but to spend 24/7 in front of the computer is insane!

So, to Rotohockey, you are not the best player in the game, but you are the most committed. Here's the YTD torch. Carry it to the finish. You will undoubtedly win the YTD race now, and I am certain you were enjoying the competition, but I need some sleep. We have a time zone difference and you have the advantage.

I would like to thank theun4gven for his minute by minute update chart which was instrumental/critical to knowing the moment to flip.

So as my lights dim, my refresh button cools, and my eyelids finally close, I say goodnight and adieu to the YTD competition.
