In Keep Coming Back young Taylor Ogburn has a problem. He has a "very weird heart" that, whenever things get a bit too much, is prone to go racing off and nearly kill him. As a consequence he's led a very sheltered life, and though he's eighteen years old - he's really never lived a day . . .

After suffering yet another near fatal heart attack, Taylor meets the stunning Krystal (Milla Jovovich), a recovering alcoholic ex-stripper, with all the right attributes to get his heart racing again. And after years of living quietly, Taylor decides that now's the time to grow up and confront the danger embedded in his chest.
