I did that last night yesterday and they were quick to respond. Had no idea what my previous email was when I first joined HSX back in 2003
HSX support team was kind enough to send me the info through my current email address after I email them asking for directives.
But if you are able to log in already, then just go to your account settings and change your password and update your email.
My Lifetime port has a HOTMAIL email wich I dont use anymore where can I ask for a new password so that I can log in {nm} May 08, 12:25
