I'm guessing they meant average monthly revenue for all subscribers was 11.15, not average for all new subs for the whole year.
So the month of december when they had that 46.8m revenue would have been over $500m for the month.
If they gained subscribers roughly equally each month throughout the year that would be a little over $300 million from new subscribers after accounting for one free month (but that might already be taken into account in the average of 11.15), and chances are they gained more at the beginning bc of the announcement, then again they might be losing quite a few this month.
