2nd - Fantastic Four (this one thanks to today's BO Battle game, JW was also something in my head to check - from last week's game)
The first Fantastic Four movie came out in the summer of 2005. The first reboot/remake was almost exactly a decade later in the summer of 2015.
The 2nd reboot/remake/restart of franchise is tentatively scheduled for release in 2025, could be summer but undated as of now - again almost exactly a decade after the the previous one. Would form quite the sequence if it released in Sept 2025 (first was July 2005, 2nd Aug 2015). That would project a 3rd reboot attempt in Oct 2035 ;-).
