Advisory Vote so can do something weasely like Adam Aron, got voted down, got a 23% increase in 2022 anyway didn't disclose till 23.

What makes it even worse, is he made a point to push that he asked for an executive pay increase freeze for 2023 the same week he gave himself the 23% compensation increase in 2022 but it wasn't until April 2023 he disclosed he gave himself a 23% pay increase.  He gets almost 4x the pay of Cinemark's CEO.
