I suppose I went in there like "HELL YEAH!! A new movie from the guy who did Being John Malkovich and Adaptation!!" {nm}

Asteroid City got a B CinemaScore (same as The Flash)... Sony, as usual, is hiding the CinemaScore for No Hard Feelings. {nm} TheWeekendWarrior Jun 24, 13:34

B CinemaScore rating is not bad for art films like "Asteroid City" (even "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" only got B-) {nm} Peterlee Jun 24, 16:33

... how could anyone walk out of Eternal Sunshine and be like "Meh."?!?!?! {nm} Kevman66 Jun 24, 17:04

Somebody who was expecting something closer to Bruce Almighty, his previous film? {nm} makingajess Jun 24, 17:25

Peter is right these movies are not remotely mainstream. A "b" is like an a+ for niche art house films {nm} Moviesnob Jun 24, 17:59

it's a weird movie (wonderful too, imo). but at the height of Jim Carrey's box office draw, it definitely wasn't Bruce Almighty for his fans {nm} my mate paul Jun 24, 17:31
