Last year like this was 2010 with Little Fockers, True Grit remake & Tron Legacy. Even then there wasnt a big Star Wars/Marvel/MI/LOTR type franchise but at least there were 3 big choices. AQUM2 only has WONKA for company. We might end this holiday season without a $150m movie first time since 2008 (though Wonka should have enough legs to ensure that doesn't happen) - inspite of inflation.
