Will depend I suppose if Amazon ever implied/advertised Prime Video was ad-free under the original TOS. Could see class get narrowed....

The notice went out September 2023 that they were changing, but they are seeking through December 28th, 2023. So judge would have to determine if their form of notice was sufficient.

I could see a settlement going out that would be equivalent to up to a year worth of ad free ($36.00-ish) per Prime Video subscriber depending on when their renewal hit.
