Just that there's no tangible action emerging from it for an HSX player ('cept maybe if BO > $100m then its useful for the BW derivative).
Or did you mean BRA is when REPORTED BO is above "CURRENT" stock price not "Delist" price (coz Delist price is a fixed no. derived from D24 cume BO & we're only aware of it when D24 passes & the stock adjusts & is made Inactive).
